Jake Perkins, MPAP, PA-C
Jake Perkins, PA-C is a board certified Physician Assistant, certified by the NCCPA. Jake achieved his Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from University of California, Santa Barbara. After graduation, he worked in physical therapy offices while he obtained his EMT licensure. He then moved to Los Angeles where he completed his Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Practice with University of Southern California at the Keck School of Medicine. During his education with USC, Jake completed clinical clerkships in multiple specialties including family medicine, orthopedics, cardiology, psychiatry, general surgery, and internal medicine at various medical centers in Southern California. Jake has a passion for his patients and the community. During his master’s program, Jake took a special interest in the education of underserved communities and spent his free time volunteering and educating grade school students about medical professions. Jake, now back in his hometown, began his extensive training with Ian Purcell MD, PhD, focusing on general Neurology and OtoNeurology. Since March 2020, Jake has been managing patients with gait and balance disorders, headaches, memory loss, and seizures among other neurological conditions. He strives to continue to provide quality care for his patients, and is proud to work with such a fantastic team of practitioners.
